Richard Fagerlin

Richard is the founder and president of Peak Solutions. With over 20 years of leadership and organizational development experience, he is a sought-after speaker, consultant and facilitator. Richard travels internationally helping clients intentionally create a culture of high trust and to be on purpose with developing leaders at all levels of the organization. In 2015 & 2016 Richard was named one of the top 100 thought leaders on Trust in the world. A Colorado native, Richard enjoys the beautiful Rocky Mountains with his wife and four boys. His favorite team is whichever one his four boys are currently playing on. He is active in his community while serving on the board of the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado and Mill City Church.

Matt is the Learning Architect for Peak Solutions. With a corporate background in development, recruiting and most recently as a Human Resources Executive for a global organization, he lends his practical, no-nonsense approach to clients across the nation. Matt helps organizations develop a solid strategy and to create a culture of execution and follow through on their strategy. He works intimately with leaders to empower their team members to drive results through consistent and on purpose execution. Matt is a Kansas native and in addition to cheering on his K-State Wildcats, Matt is actively following the passions of his two kids and his wife.

Randy Boek, Professional Outsider

With extensive leadership experience with Fortune 500 international consumer products firms, smaller privately held companies, and public entities, Randy Boek is a widely sought-after expert on leadership and management strategies. Serving as a guide to industry leaders, he was able to influence significant changes in unionized heavy manufacturing production and help integrate several regional businesses in the field. His executive leadership with start-ups in a brewery, paper mill, and bio-fuel power plants have helped young business leaders find enduring success. Randy is the former president of a construction technology start-up and the founder of two consulting companies focused on improving business results. He and his wife, Patti, have two adult daughters, one son-in-law, two grandchildren, and a boxer. His passions include family, friends, motorcycle touring, downhill skiing, travel, food, and wine.

Rodd

Rodd Welker, Principal Consultant

Rodd Welker is a human relations expert who offers a unique blend of corporate, higher education and non-profit leadership and real world experience. Traveling across the country, Rodd facilitates leadership development for companies and organizations and provides executive coaching for top execs, as well as, emerging leaders.

With more than 30 years of educating employees and students he has taught collegiate classes in business, leadership, and adult development. His experience also includes seven years as a college basketball coach. Rodd is a licensed professional business coach, certified trainer/facilitator and adventure-based teambuilding expert. Rodd also serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Kent State University.

Rodd lives in Ohio with his wife and when not singing in his church worship team, officiating basketball or traveling the world working with leaders he enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with his 3 adult boys and spoiling his grandkids.

Drew Yancey

Drew is Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Peak Solutions. He has over ten years of strategy consulting and executive leadership experience, specializing in supply chain organizations. Drawing on an interdisciplinary background, Drew helps organizations create lasting value by strengthening environments of trust through strategic problem solving. He is the President of Yancey’s, a produce merchandising and distribution company. Before that, he was the Director of Strategy for a Top 50 Foodservice Distributor, helping lead the company through its acquisition by a Top 5 Distributor. Drew has a Master of Divinity from Denver Seminary, an MBA from Texas A&M University, and is a PhD candidate in religion and business ethics at the University of Birmingham (UK). He and his wife Anna are blessed with three incredible children and reside in Colorado.

Eric Coet

Eric leads the strategy practice for Peak Solutions. He possesses a diverse background in leadership with over 20 years of experience serving corporately, in the community, and as an entrepreneur. His entire professional life has been dedicated to excellence in the study and implementation of strategic planning, leadership and management. Eric has a unique corporate background in operations, marketing, work procurement and design management for a top 20 design-builder in the nation. His style brings order amongst chaos, helping leadership teams get clear about where they are headed, and focused on driving their organizations toward the results they are looking for. Eric is a licensed StratOp and LifePlan facilitator through the Paterson Center located in Ft. Collins, Colorado. He is active in the community and serves on the Board of Directors for Resurrection Christian School, and Leadership Advisory teams for Windsor Community Church. He and his wife Jenny support the Weld County Foster and Kinship programs, and A Kid’s Place. Eric and Jenny are both Colorado natives and enjoy endurance sports, traveling and everything the Rocky Mountains have to offer with their three children.
