Over the last 13 years I have focused all of my time, energy and resources on building my firm and serving our clients. It has been an amazing ride and I have to pinch myself every day knowing I get to do what I love and what I believe God created me to do.

In the nearly 5,000 days that have passed since staring Peak Solutions, my team and I have personally trained and interacted with over 10,000 people. In most cases, spending six days or more with each of them. Add in conferences, conventions and other speaking engagements and this number is significantly higher. During this time, I have poured my heart and passion into each session, each project and each individual. I am seriously thankful for this opportunity.

My confession is this: that I have failed you. I have failed to create an ongoing connection or options to continue to provide resources and assistance to the many great leaders I have interacted with. I have failed to maintain connection and to create a community for maintaining the mojo that we have experienced together.

In an effort to right this wrong, I am creating the Lead Strong blog. I plan to write one unique blog post per week and provide at least one resource per week. My goal is to provide resources and tools to help leaders be more courageous and lead with greater confidence. I will reach out to other thought leaders and ask them to contribute their ideas and teachings to this community. My hope is that together we will create a community of strong leaders committed to impacting people for the better of businesses, communities, organizations and families.

In July we will be launching the Lead Strong podcast where once a month I will provide a 15-30 minute audio podcast designed to help leaders lead, live and love stronger. In order to make this work, I need you. I need you to engage, to provide input and to help direct the Lead Strong community.

I want to thank you in advance for considering an investment in this learning community. I hope you will join me in the start of something great.
